Shannon Fay Art strives to ensure that you are delighted with your new artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review the returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Original Artwork

Returns are accepted for original artwork within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be returned in its original condition, free of damage or alterations.

Custom Commissions

Due to their personalised nature, commissioned artworks are non-refundable. I provide progress updates to ensure your satisfaction throughout the creation process.

Prints and Merchandise

Returns or exchanges for prints or merchandise will depend on their condition and specific circumstances.

Return Process

Contact Me

Email hello@shannonfayart.com.au within the return window to initiate the process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Packaging

Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to return the artwork. Damaged returns due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shannon recommends using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned artwork is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Shannon immediately at hello@shannonfayart.com.au with photos of the damage and the packaging. Shannon will then work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.
